- Remove 'Structured Transcripts' panel from bottom of page
- Show transcript text + buttons when 'Show Transcript' clicked (fetched via /chunks/{folder}/transcript)
- Show structured transcript markdown + buttons when 'Show Structured Transcript' clicked
- Move recording status under date (date as headline, status info below)
- Fix chunk amount: count only chunk_* files (not part_*)
- Show total recording length as HH:mm:ss after chunk count
- Change 'Current Recording' panel to same layout as 'Previous Recordings'
